New Fee Structure for Meeting Maker and NotifyLink effective April 1, 2012

Beginning April 1, 2012, the $25.00 Meeting Maker charge and the $50.00 Notifylink charge will be non-refundable fees which includes the cost of the license and the administration costs for the creation and deletion of accounts.

How to set up Meeting Maker on:

Meeting Maker allows all members to be connected to coordinate meetings. It offers:

Personal calendar
Arrangements of meetings
To-do list
Synchronization with Palms, Blackberries and other wireless
Free synchronization with Outlook through Outlook Connector
Compatibility with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OSX
A small $25 annual charge for the license (non-refundable)
Free connection to Palm devices
Notifylink, which allows wireless devices to receive automatic updates ($50 annual charge, non-refundable)

If you require assistance with the installation or troubleshooting of any of this software, there may be an additional charge for an office call.

To order a Meeting Maker account, Outlook Connector or Notifylink, send an email to Meeting.Maker@dal.ca with your name, Banner ID, Department Billing account number, a contact person's name, email and phone number for the Department Billing account.

Although Outlook Connector is being offered at no additional charge, there is a cost to Dalhousie for the license so please only place an order if you plan to use it. If you no longer wish to use it, please uninstall it and email Meeting.Maker@dal.ca so the license can go back into the Common Pool.
