Dalhousie Email

An email account is provided to all Students, Faculty and Staff members of Dalhousie University. If you are a new user, then you need to activate your Email Account by setting the password. Use the "Getting Started" feature on this site or the "New User" tab in MY.DAL.

Note: Students are reminded that email is an official form of communication at Dalhousie University. The email addresses provided to the students by the university will be the only email addresses that will be used for official communication.

Once you have your Email Account activated there are several features that are available to you and a couple of things to consider.

Choose your Email Software
Use MY.DAL to access your email or install Email software on your desktop or laptop computer at home, on campus, or in the office.
A Personalized Email Address
Create a personalized email address for your Dalhousie mailbox. This is available to Students, Faculty and Staff and can be done from the ITS web site and soon through MY.DAL.
