ITS Desktop Support

 ITS Desktop Support provides on-site support to faculty and staff in their offices.

Specialist Consulting

Specialist consulting and other services are available for Data Management, Digital Media, and Statistical Computing. These services are primarily provided to faculty and staff in support of teaching and research.

Other Resources

Students with questions regarding course assignments should contact their professor or tutor. Questions about using lab computers or software should be referred to the lab assistant or manager.

The Faculty of Computer Science has its own Help Desk, and various faculties/departments have their own computer support staff.
