2010 May 19	Identity as a Collaborative Foundation Wimba requires IE or FF (Windows) and Safari or FF (Mac)	ITS arranged for special guest Kim Cameron to give a public lecture on Digital Identity.  The video and slides are available to all.  Just follow the link and login as a 'Participant' (no password is required).  Note: Audio quality improves markedly at the three minute mark.
2010 Jan 28	Privacy Nuts & Bolts Patriot Act Reality Check Maintain control of your private data Privacy 911	On the 28th Dalhousie celebrated its 3rd annual Data Privacy Day (called Data Protection Day in Europe).  The lunchtime keynote was by CIO Dwight Fischer.  Other presenters were John Bullock, David Fraser, Dawn Jutla and Bob Doherty (access and privacy consultant).
